SLICED HAM We vacuum package our sliced ham so it stays just as fresh as the day it was cut. The center slices are the very best "heart" of the ham. The biscuit size slices are boneless and have no waste to them. Each makes that wonderful "redeye gravy" that goes so well with grits and biscuits! Baked Ham
Our baked hams are baked slowly in a covered roaster, de-boned, and glazed with brown sugar and spices (unless requested otherwise). Hams can be vacuum sealed whole or sliced. Please order baked hams at least three weeks in advance for the holiday season.

Smoked Sausage
We make some of the best smoked sausage you will ever taste. We use just the right amount of fat and lean to provide a good tender mix. Our sausage is placed into a cloth bag and hung to be hickory smoked through and through.
